  • If the order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept the delivery. The refund will be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse.

3. Return & Refund Process

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (typically within 5–7 working days).
  • After successful verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within an additional 5–7 working days.
